Socks

Water bottle 

A lot of gyms do have water bottles but as it is a public place we would suggest that you carry your own bottle. This way you can also take a pre-workout drink. Being hydrated all throughout the day is essential but it becomes even more important when you are working out and sweating. 

Towel 

A gentle request to all our gym addicts, please carry your towels, do not use towels provided at the gym as they may not be washed properly and can cause rashes or allergies. It is essential to carry a personal towel to wipe off all the sweat. 

Gym bag 

Oh yes, another necessity is a gym bag, how do you think you are going to carry all of this? A gym bag is very important. You can keep your post-workout meals and protein shakes too. So do carry your gym bag the next time you hit the gym.

Earphones or headphones 

A lot of people have a specific type of music they like to hear while working out, if you are one of those then carry your headphones or earphones to the gym as it is more convenient.
