  • As exfoliation is necessary for skin, so is trimming for hair. Trimming prevents split-ends and keeps your hair healthy. To grow new hair cells, you need to get rid of the old ones and therefore trimming is vital for hair growth. Split ends in the cuticle can damage your hair as they can travel up to the roots.
