The sexual activity between two persons of the same gender is called gay sex. The gay sex is basically referred to as the male gender. 

The word 'gay' stands for homosexually in love with someone. Gay sex refers to a romantic or sexual act or relationship being between two or more people of the same sex, especially between two men.
