- Fresh Apple Cider Vinegar for Overworked Skin – The main ingredient in apple cider vinegar is acetic acid, which is responsible for many of its healing properties. This can be used as an exfoliant as well, but you must first dilute it with water.
- Sugar Scrub for Skin – Mix brown sugar and olive oil in a plastic bag until it is a thick consistency. Massage this onto your body after showering or bathing. You may want to cover the area completely with plastic wrap before rubbing it into the skin with circular motions.
- Coconut oil for Dry Skin – Coconut oil is one of the best natural moisturizers that help heal dry, cracked skin. Also, coconut oil is a great after shower massage oil. You can also apply it topically on your face, hands or any other affected area to keep your skin soft and smooth.
- Almond oil for Dry Skin – It is rich in vitamin E & A, perfect for facial massages and lightens scars. It is also useful for sunburns.
- Olive Oil for Dry Skin – Rich in vitamins A, C & E, olive oil is an excellent moisturizer. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that soothe the skin. It can also be used as a conditioner to add shine to hair.
