Hemorrhoids are generally caused by the increased pressure observed in the lower rectum due to straining during bowel movements.

The excreted waste becomes solid in the intestines resulting in constipation and the force applied to excrete it out if not sufficient would keep the solid waste cannot be coming out or stucking in the anus resulting in great pain and torture.

Chronic diarrhea is a condition related to a man or a woman entering the bathroom frequently in order to shit out the emergence in the stomach. This phenomenon would result in numerous times of stool passages through a narrow cavity. Diarrhea also results in constant cleaning of the rectum which could swell the veins resulting in piles.

Obese people are generally heavy weighted people who have to put all of their weight on their buttocks and anus. The rectum inside the anal cavity would take a pressure higher than normal people and become an obstacle to the passage of stool from the intestines.

The heavy weight lifting would make a lot of stress and strain on body parts and their movements making various embodiments. One of the affected body parts is the pelvic muscles connected to the anal cavity. The stretch in the pelvic muscles contracts or extracts the anal cavity giving a shortage of passage to stool or swelling of veins in the rectum.

When a woman is pregnant, the baby puts extra pressure on the pelvic muscles to the anal area. As a result, hemorrhoids can develop both during and after pregnancy.
