2) Dhanurasana

  • Lie on the floor with your face down
  • Start by bending your knees, slowly hold your feet with your hands

3) Kumbhakasan

  • Balance your weight on your toes
  • You can either face forward or down

4) Naukasana

  • Lie down on the ground facing the ceiling
  • Start by keeping your hands by your side and relax your shoulders, make sure your legs are straight.
  • Now slowly raise your hands and legs together, firmly hold your belly in and above the ground at all times.
  • You would need to reach a 45-degree angle or a V-shape, hold it for about 60 seconds and you can increase the time with more practice. 

5) Ustrasana

  • You need to start with kneeling on the floor, keep your knees at hip-width and your thighs straight and perpendicular to the floor
  • Then you would have to rest your hands on the top of your buttocks, keep your fingers pointing downwards and arch your back inwards.

  • It is slightly complicated so straighten your spine but make sure you are not putting too much pressure on your neck.

6) Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana

  • The first thing you need to do is get in the downward-facing dog pose
  • Then straighten up one of your leg and lift it up
