Gay men are a tribe of people possessing sexual and/or emotional attraction towards members of the same sex. This spirituality is called homosexuality. Gay men are also known as transgender men. They differ in gender identity from normal men. A person's internal sense of being male, female, or something else in response to romance, attraction, love, and sex is subjected as gay in gender division. 

There is an uprising revolution called LGBTQ pride to normalize the different types of genders and their sexual gender preference. For now, though, there is still a stance over gay men that impact them with various mental health problems that include anxiety, depression, suicide, and both alcohol and substance abuse.

Health issues for gay men

Social trauma

Being gay is a subject of nature that has not yet received its recognition and position in society. Of course, gay men are different but society is to be educated enough about what they should not judge on the Earth. However, the reality is that either man or woman makes a different look at gay. This awkward or embarrassing stare stimulated from society would keep the gay person being secret about his gender issues. This secrecy would create a tension in the heart and mind that generates a serious mental repulsion called social trauma. The trauma includes anxiety, depression, suppression, etc. The indifference generated in their minds makes them weak and alone leading them to various addictions like drinking, smoking, and consuming drugs, etc.

Anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts

The loneliness a gay man possesses after relieving his nature or the inner loneliness a gay man possesses before relieving his actual nature would both make deep intense ripples in one own mind. These ripples make a great range of tensions in the mind and heart with a greater frequency of occurrence for every incidence that happens in real life. The tension results in low blood pressure sometimes, and high blood pressure, some other times. Low blood pressure results in depression whereas uncontrolled high blood pressure results in either anxiety or hypertension. As the anxiety and depression are not enough, they would be subjected to suicidal thoughts out of loneliness and social misbehaviour.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases

The STIs or STDs abbreviated as sexually transmitted infections or sexually transmitted diseases are one of the health prone to gay men, as usual to heterosexual couples. STIs are infections transmitted from one person to another person due to and during sexual intercourse. Depending on the type of virus, bacteria, or parasite, depending on the way of transmission, there are dozens of sexually transmitted diseases or infections right such as HIV/AIDs, Hepatitis A B and C, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, Balanitis, etc.

Hepatitis

Gay men are at increased risk for getting hepatitis, a disease of the liver. Hepatitis could cause serious health problems, including liver cancer and cirrhosis. There are various hepatitis namely Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C that all gay men are prone to. Gay men would most probably engage in anal sex that the stool of anus provided person may get in contact with the person who inserted the penis. This could transmit the virus called hepatitis from one body to another body, thereby damaging the whole body system. The transmission could also take place by the sharing of blood or needles for hepatitis B and Hepatitis C.

Erectile Dysfunction

Gay men have the first most qualification of erectile dysfunction. Most gay men face the problem of lifting their penis. In fact, this disability diverts them to get penis insertion. Gay men are not all born but also includes converted in their lifetime due to various conditions. Gay men are men with abnormal testosterone levels in the body. 

Sperm Deficiency

Most gay people face sperm deficiency that even though they could engage in sexual intercourse, they may not ejaculate semen.

Incapable of reproduction

The deficiency with sperm ejaculation and dysfunction with an erection would disable the gay men to reproduce their by-product. If a married gay man to a woman later understood that he is gay and couldn't make successful sex life, he is most probably divorced.

Breast cancer

Most gay men possess differences in their manual physique. Few of them get breasts over the chest that make him physically exposed. As it is enough with appearance, few people are also prone to breast cancer.

Gay men are also as usual human beings but they differ in appearance and behavior for their lack of manual hormones and mentality. Few of the gay men lack manual genital, too. Few may not have enough testosterone to grow a beard or mustache.
